Crl.M.P.No.11145 of 2024 in Crl.M.P.No.7317 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.6569 of 2024 P. DHANABAL,J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police twice every month i.e., 1st and 15th working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" in Crl.M.P.No.7317 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.6569 of 2024 dated 13.04.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and investigation is almost completed and there is no previous case pending against the petitioners.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court is inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.7317 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.6569 of 2024 dated 13.04.2024 is relaxed in toto.
