Prayer: Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent herein, in Na.Ka.No.18406/A4/2011, dated 12.12.2011 and quash the same, and consequently declare the appointment of the 3rd respondent as illegal and unconstitutional to hold the post of President of parent Teacher Association at Govt. Boys Higher Secondary School, Risivandiyam, Sankarapuram Taluk, Villupuram District. For petitioner :
