ORDER

This application has been filed to condone the delay of 504 days in representing the papers.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, it had been stated that the Registry had returned the papers for compliance and the C.V. KARTHIKEYAN, J., https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

CMP No.15528 of 2025 vum information have to be obtained from the parties regarding the same. In the meanwhile, the papers have got mixed up with another bundle in the chambers. It had also been stated that the delay is neither wilful nor wanton, for the bonafide reasons stated above.

3. Taking all the facts into consideration, the application stands allowed. The delay in representing the papers is condoned.

4. Registry to examine C.M.P.SR.Nos.95396, 95397 and 95398 of 2023 and number the same if they are otherwise in order and list the same in due course.
