ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Though number of grounds have been raised to assail the correctness of the order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, we do not find any exceptional ground why we should entertain the writ petition on its merits without insisting on exhaustion of alternative statutory remedy of appeal before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal.

Petition is dismissed with liberty to approach the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal. There shall be no order as to costs.
