This petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondent Police not to harass the petitioner in respect of F.I.R. in Crime No.7/2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has not been added as an accused in the FIR. The learned counsel further submitted that a notice has been issued to the petitioner under Section 41A of Cr.PC to attend for the enquiry. 3.

In view of the above, the petitioner has to necessarily appear for the enquiry in order to enable the respondent police to take a decision and accordingly, the petitioner shall co-operate for the investigation. 4.
