This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 344 days in filing the above second appeal in SA.(SR).No.5866 of 2020.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) as cost directly to the respondents, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed.

3. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order.

4. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.G.Murugendran, learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2, while listing the matter for admission.
