This petition has been filed to to direct the respondent police to give adequate police protection to the petitioner on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner on 12.07.2019. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that there is an interse dispute between the parties in running the management of the school and the same is pending enquiry before the concerned Education Department. 3.In view of the above, the petitioner has to necessarily participate in the enquiry and must await the final decision in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the enquiry. In the meantime, the police will not be able to interfere with the dispute.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
