This petition is filed to condone the delay of 113 days in filing the above revision. 2.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that though he has objections, the delay may be condoned and he shall make his objection at the time of admission of the revision.

3.In view of the above, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered. Since the petitioner is in confinement, Registry is directed to number the criminal revision case, if it is otherwise in order and the post the same under the caption 'For Admission' on 02.09.2024.
