ORDER

The learned Government Advocate submitted a copy of the order passed by the respondent, dated 27.08.2019, rejecting the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.12.2018.

2. In the given situation, the petitioner has to only challenge the said order of rejection passed by the respondent in the manner known to law and the said issue cannot be agitated in this Contempt Petition, which is, accordingly, closed. No costs.

3. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy, by challenging the order of rejection, dated 27.08.2019, passed by the respondent, if he is so advised.
