The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking to call for the records pertaining to the complaint in Crime No.861 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police and to quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that after completing the investigation of the case in Crime No.861 of 2013, charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner in C.C.No.41 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, on 09.02.2017.
