ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence punishable under section 241, 294(b), 323, 392, 506(ii), 397 of IPC in Crime No.1339 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused waylaid the defacto complainant and thereby robbed Rs.2,500/- at knife point. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the subject property has not been recovered. This is the second bail application of the petitioner. The petitioner is an History sheeter in HS.No.47 of 2021 and there are four previous cases pending against him.Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there are four previous cases pending as against the petitioner and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
