This petition has been filed to implead the petitioner as respondent in the writ petition.

2.The petitioner's husband, who was the complainant before the Human Rights Commission, passed away on 23.09.2020 and hence, the petitioner wants to pursue the writ petition. It is also seen that the writ petitioner has not impleaded the complainant before the Human Rights Commission as respondent in the writ petition.

3.In the light of the above fact, this impleading petition is ordered.
