The relief sought for in the writ petition is to direct the 1st Respondent dispose of my representation dated 17.06.2025 based on summons issued by the 1st Respondent office in the way of Na.Ka.No.17155/2022/Pa2 dated 04.09.2024.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2025 and, after affording due opportunity to the petitioner and other interested parties, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
