ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation within a time frame and to file the final report in Crime No.14 of 2022 pending on the file of respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation was already over and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Poonamallee through e-filing on 10.07.2025 and therefore, this petition has become infructuous.
