The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P. No. 20 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge (FAC), Dharmapuri.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 22.08.2024, I requested the Subordinate Judge to send a report. In compliance of the said order, the learned Judge has sent a report on 30.08.2024. He would point out that apart 1/3

from his regular duty as Principal Subordinate Judge, Dharmapuri, he is also burdened with the work of Additional Subordinate Judge and Special Subordinate Judge, Dharmapuri. He would state that due to the huge pendency of work, he will dispose of the case within a period of six months. Accordingly, the learned Additional Subordinate Judge (FAC), Dharmapuri is granted seven months time to dispose of H.M.O.P. No. 20 of 2023.
