ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Dr.Anita Sumanth J.) The prayer is for a mandamus directing the respondents to dispose petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2026 seeking premature release of his son Yugadhithan, who is confined in Central Prison, Coimbatore.

2. Mr.Malarvannan, learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side), who accepts notice for the respondents, accedes to the receipt of representation and seeks some time to dispose the same.

3. Hence there is a direction to R1 to consider the representation dated 13.06.2026 and in line with the extant Rules and Government Orders and dispose the same within twelve (12) weeks from today.
