O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.7897 of 2019 dated 16.04.2019, in which this Court directed as follows:

"Accordingly, this Court directs the respondent to issue Community Certificate to the petitioner's children viz., S.Yamini and S.Tharsini stating that they belong to Kattunayakan (ST) Community, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. This Court makes it clear that after issuance of Community Certificates to the petitioner's children, the respondent is at liberty to send the same for verification to the State Level Scrutiny Committee."

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the above said order of this Court had been complied with by the respondent herein. In

proof of which, a copy of the Community Certificate passed by the respondent herein has been produced before this Court. This Court also gone through the same.

4. Since the order of this Court had been complied with by the respondent, nothing further survives for consideration in this Contempt Petition, which is accordingly closed. No costs.
