O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed not to harass the petitioner, based on the complaint lodged by one Sureshkannan.

2. When the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is not being harassed and on the contrary, a complaint is received against the petitioner being given by one Sureshkannan. Prima facie it appears to be a money dispute and only to ensure that there is no criminal offences, the petitioner is being summoned.

3. In view of the above submission, let the petitioner appear before the 2nd respondent on 15.07.2025 and the enquiry shall be completed in the said complaint lodged by Sureshkannan, on the same day. Unless any case being registered, let the petitioner not be harassed further.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The parties shall act on the website uploaded copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy.
