PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to pass an order for the grant of a suitable direction, directing the 3rd respondent/Inspector of Police, R3 Ashok Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Chennai 600 083 to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 22.07.2019 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein dated 22.07.2019 and investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, the petition of this nature is not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

maintainable before this Court. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with the guidelines given by the Hon'ble Division Bench in the decision referred supra.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
