The Petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition praying to transfer the investigation by withdrawing the case in C.C. No.214 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvannamalai, to this Court and transfer the same to any other Court situated outside Thiruvannamalai District.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that already charge sheet was filed and all the witnesses were examined except Investigation Officer.
