Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st to 5th Respondents to consider the representation sent by the petitioner dated 24.06.2024 and pass orders on the same seeking to survey the petitioner's land situated at Plot No.18, Block No.18, comprised in Re-Survey No.28/2, situated at Thennampoondi Village, Dhindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District, measuring about 436 Sq.Ft., and to idenfity the same by placing the Boundary Stones, at the cost and expenses of the petitioner. The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to consider his representation dated 24.06.2024 seeking survey of the land in Plot No.18, Block No.18, comprised in Re-Survey No.28/2, situated in Thennampoondi Village, Thindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District. 2/5

2. According to the petitioner, the land bearing Plot No.18, Block No.18, comprised in Survey No.28/2 measuring to an extent of 436 sq.ft., situated in Thennampoondi Village, Thindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District was assigned in his favour and he submitted a representation dated 24.06.2024 to the respondents seeking survey of the above said land and the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2024 will be considered by the respondents within the time fixed by this Court.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2024 and pass final orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
