ORDER
This petition is filed to condone the delay of 787 days in preferring the appeal against the decree passed by the trial Court, which partially allowed the suit for partition.
2. The respondents have been served with notice in the petition to condone the delay and have entered appearance. However, no counter affidavit has been filed by them.

rpl 3.Considering that the suit properties are presently being enjoyed by the appellants and that they are aggrieved by the partial decree passed by the trial Court, the present appeal has been preferred.
