No.6059 of 2019 pending on the file of VII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai to the file of this Court, has stated no objection for allowing this application.

2. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown for filing the said application. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for and the suit viz., O.S. No.6059 of 2019 pending on the file of VII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai is transferred to the file of this Court.

3. Registry is directed to act accordingly in terms of this order.
