ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer for certiorarified mandamus, to quash the impugned order in Proc.No.10142/B2/2024 dated 08.03.2024.

Though the learned counsel for the petitioner has challenged the impugned suspension order dated 08.03.2024, he restrict his prayer that the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2025 be considered in the light of G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Dept, dated 04.08.2022. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation on 16.06.2025, and the same is pending before the respondent.
3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents fairly submits that they would consider the petitioner's above representation dated 16.06.2025, in the light of G.O.Ms No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Dept, dated 04.08.2022. 2/5
4. I have given my anxious consideration to either side submissions and also perused the materials available on record.

Considering the above submissions, without going to the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to pass order upon the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2025, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Dept, dated 04.08.2022 and pass order accordance to its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. 21.07.2025 ssi Index : Yes Speaking Order : Yes /No 3/5
