O R D E R

The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate action against the respondents 3 and 6 for certain alleged ill-treatment and atrocities made against the petitioner.

2. This Court while exercising the power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, cannot act as an enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

officer to enquire into the averments made by the petitioner in the writ petition. Nevertheless it would be appropriate if the petitioner is given an opportunity to redress his grievance before the second respondent.

3. Accordingly, the petitioner is given liberty to make a representation before the second respondent venting out the grievance and on receipt of such representation, the second respondent shall consider the same on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. It is made clear that I have not expressed any of my views with regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed by the petitioner. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
