ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to consider the application of the petitioner submitted during the General Transfer Counseling and accordingly appoint the petitioner by transfer to the post of Headmaster Panchayat Union Middle School at Anniyalam Thally Block Hosur Educational District Krishnagiri District by considering the fact the petitioner is the senior most amongst themselves those who attended the counseling and by taking into consideration of the fact that the said school is Bi-lingual School. 2/5

The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the petitioner being the next senior most amongst the Middle School Head Master, who were present during the counseling ought to have been considered and transferred to the Bi-lingual school at Anniyalam Panchayat Union Middle School. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents. But the same was not considered till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted the representation sent by the petitioner has not reached the office of the respondents and if a fresh representation is given, the same will be considered by the respondents.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner shall give a fresh representation to the respondents within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and on such representation being given, the respondents shall consider and pass Orders on the same within a period of one month thereafter.
