O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to take immediate action as against the third respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Superintendent of Prison, Coimbatore Prison is appeared before this Court.

4. It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader that as per order of this Court dated 18.10.2024, medical examination

has been conducted to the inmate Kalidoss by a team of Doctors and treatment was also given to him. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner has also fairly conceded the same, however, stated that the petitioner apprehends that the Jail authority may harass the petitioner.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2024 and pass orders in accordance with law.

6. With the abovesaid direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 11.11.2024 mfa Index:Yes/No Speaking Order: Yes/No
