This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly twice, on every Monday and Friday of the week at 10.30a.m. until the disposal of the appeal. 2.

This Court, by order dated 11.06.2024 granted bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. One of the conditions is that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly twice i.e. on Monday and Friday of every week at 10.30a.m. until disposal of the appeal. 3.

The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the only earning member in the family. Due to the conditions imposed, he was put to great difficulty and he was unable to go to any job and make any earnings. Further, the learned counsel submitted that the petitioner has no bad antecedents and he has been falsely implicated due to unwanted friendship and the petitioner is A8 in S.C.No.296 of 2016. Further he submitted that the petitioner regularly appearing before the respondent police without fail.

The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner complying the conditions imposed by this Court diligently. Further he submitted that the petitioner has no bad antecedents and apart from this case, no other case is pending against him.

Considering the submission made on either side, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police weekly twice i.e. on Monday and Friday of every week at 10.30a.m. is relaxed. The petitioner to report before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month.

6. In view of the above, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
