DHANABAL,J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation" in Crl.M.P.No.9965 of 2024 dated 11.07.2024.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and investigation is almost completed and there is no previous case pending against the petitioner.
3. Considering the said submission, this Court is inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9965 of 2024 dated 11.07.2024 is relaxed in toto.
