PRAYER: Writ Petition came to be numbered by transfer of O.A.No.892 of 2003 on the file of the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying to direct the respondent to remove the disparity in pay and fix the pay of the petitioners in one unit on par with their juniors who are allowed parity in one unit on par with the finance department and further direct the respondent to refix the pay, draw and disburse the same and further grant all consequential service and monetary benefits.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, by producing the Government Order passed in G.O.(Ms) No.171, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (U-Spl.) Department, dated 28.09.2006, submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. In view of the same, recording the said Government Order, the writ petition stands closed.
