This Petition has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 2 to 6 as legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent S.Kasthuri and rank them as respondents 1 to 5 in the above CRP.No.2237 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsels on both sides, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title, if the papers are otherwise in order.
