Respondents PRAYER:

Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in the impugned letter in HO HR No.1584 dated 7.6.2013 on the file of the second respondent herein and quash the same and direct the second respondent herein to absorb the petitioner namely one of the 52 successful candidates of the VI Batch of Vocational Course in Insurance students of the year 1994-95 into the post of Assistant in any one of the six vacancies reserved for OBC candidates in the second respondent Insurance Company. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
