Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to permit the Petitioner for submitting all required forms by way of waiving the execution of indemnity bonds from two persons, each having the properties worth of the double amount of the accrued value which is presently in the said account of the deceased husband of the Petitioner for the purpose of closing the said account of the deceased husband of the Petitioner on the basis of the Representation dated 08.07.2019 sent by the Petitioner. As the entire amounts in the account of the deceased husband of the Petitioner has been invested in Fixed Deposit in the name of the children of the Petitioner and the deceased and a copy of the same has been produced, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
