This petition is filed to condone the delay of 4 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.R.Bhagawat Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Yasin, learned counsel for the respondent.

The delay is only 4 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 4 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
