O R D E R
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider his representation dated 09.11.2023 seeking issuance of patta in respect of lands in Survey Nos.208/2B, 208/3B, 208/3C, 208/4, 272/10B and 272/10C situated at Devanur Village, Andimadam Taluk, Ariyalur District.
2. According to the petitioner, he has got right over the above mentioned lands under a registered Will executed by his grandfather on 04.03.2009. It is the specific case of the petitioner that his grandfather died on 23.11.2018 and under the terms of the Will, he is entitled to absolute right over the above mentioned property. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 09.11.2023 before the respondents 2 and 3 seeking issuance of patta in his name and the same has not been considered by the respondents 2 and 3. Hence, the petitioner has come by way of this writ petition.
3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice 2/4
for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 09.11.2023 will be considered by the 2nd respondent in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.11.2023 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
