ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Family Court, Puducherry to dispose of G.O.P.No.22 of 2019 in a time-bound manner. 1/4

2. Pursuant to the direction issued by this Court, the learned Family Court Judge, Puducherry submitted his remarks stating that the petition filed by the respondent/wife, seeking to set aside the ex-parte order passed in I.A.No.368 of 2025 is pending for filing of counter by the petitioner. The main Original petition is pending for further evidence on the side of the petitioner/husband. The learned Judge sought for four months time to dispose of GOP.No.22 of 2019 and connected MOP.No.320 of 2019.

3. Taking into consideration, the main original petition was filed in the year 2019 and time of four months requested by the learned Judge to dispose of the original petition, this Court is inclined to direct the Family Court to dispose of the GOP.No.22 of 2019 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 19.01.2026 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No ub 2/4
