The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to prosecute his appeal dated 25.7.2019, filed on 26.7.2019, in accordance with law. The appeal is in relation to the De-occupation Notice dated 27.2.2018. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
