(CRIME NO.769 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 am until further orders by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.17471 of 2021 in Cr.No.769 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.S.PRABU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN Govt. Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17471 of 2021 on 21.09.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
