This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 7.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.5253 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24714 of 2022, dated 19.04.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
