Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the imposed condition in Crl.O.P.No. 17544 of 2021 on the file of the Madras High Court through order dated 22.09.2021, in so far reporting before the respondent police, daily at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.MYILSAMY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Government Advocate, (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17544 of 2021 on 22.09.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
