ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2023.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 20.03.2023 to take necessary action against the third respondent, who restraining the petitioner's access to the Government Poramboke land in S.No.217/5, situated at Kallayanallur Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District as pathway to reach the petitioner's agriculture land in Survey No.217/4C situated at Kallayanallur Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the second respondent, as on date. Hence, this petition.
3. In reply, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2023 will be disposed of by the second respondent within a period of 8 weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2023, after issuing due notice and opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as third respondent and aggrieved person, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
