ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in Paragraph No.14 of the order dated 12-062026 passed by this Court in Crl M.P. No.20342 of 2025 in Crl A. 1606 of 2024.

2.The Petitioner was granted interim bail by an order dated 27.03.2026. However, since the Petitioner was not enlarged on bail pursuant to the said order, this Court was impelled to pass a subsequent order on 12.06.2026, after recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent. The present application has been filed seeking modification of the condition stipulated in the order dated 27.03.2026, insofar as it directs the 2nd Petitioner to appear before the Respondent police every Saturday at 5.30 p.m., until further orders. 3.The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has been admitted to the hospital for an Elective Coronary Angiogram. A copy of the medical certificate issued by Royal Care Hosptial, Coimbatore, has been produced to show that this X-ray imaging procedure is required to detect blockages in the Heart. He further submits that depending upon the results of the procedure, the Petitioner may be required to undergo surgery and he is likely

to be admitted for cardiac surgery on 27.06.2026. 4.Considering the fact that the Petitioner may be required to undergo surgery, I am inclined to modify the condition in Paragraph No.7(ii) of the order dated 27.03.2026. Accordingly, the condition stipulating that "the 2nd Petitioner shall appear before the Respondent police on every Saturday at 5.30 p.m., until further orders" is hereby modified to direct that "the Petitioner shall appear before the Respondent police once in a month". It is made clear that this order may be reviewed or recalled in case the Petitioner does not undergo medical surgery pursuant to the Elective Coronary Angiogram. All other conditions remain unaltered.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 25-06-2026 GBI To 1.The Deputy Superintendent of Police Economic Offences Wing, Coimbatore.

2.The Public Prosecutor, High Court of Madras.
