This petition has been filed to call for the records in M.C.No.220 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has received summons from the Executive Magistrate and Sub Collector for proceedings u/s 107 Cr.P.C., challenging which the petitioner is before this Court. This Court will not interfere in the proceedings u/s https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

107 Cr.P.C. at the stage of show cause. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to appear the Magistrate with an Advocate of his choice and place his version before the Magistrate in response to the summons.
