O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondentPolice to conduct proper investigation and file final report before the concerned Magistrate Court, pursuant to the FIR registered in Crime No.145 of 2022 on the file of the respondent-Police.

In the earlier occasion on 23.07.2025, this Court directed the learned Judicial Magistrate - IV, Puducherry to file additional report regarding status of the arrival report submitted by the respondent-Police, which shows that the additional report/papers in Crime No.145 of 2022 on the file of the respondent-Police, had been filed on 28.12.2023 itself and the matter was directed to be listed on 31.07.2025.
3. As per the directions of this Court dated 23.07.2025, the learned Judicial Magistrate - IV, Puducherry filed an additional report, dated 30.07.2025 in No.198/JUD/JM-IV/PDY/2025 and submitted that, on further checking on the status of the charge sheet filed, as reported by the respondent-Police, a charge sheet has in fact been submitted by the concerned Police with a requisition for further investigation under 2/4
Section 173(8) Cr.P.C. and it was allowed by the then Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Pudhucherry and taken up as Cr.M.P.No.11478 of 2023. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition disposed of accordingly. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
