THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.11608 of 2021 IN CRL OP.19376/2021 PRAVEEN KUMAR [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] INSPECTOR OF POLICE, IRUMBULIKURICHI POLICE STATION, ARIYALUR DISTRICT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall stay at Salem and report before the Inspector of Police, Asthampatty Police Station, Daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders and the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdiction of the respondent police in Crl.OP.No.19376 of 2021 dated 12/10/2021 by allowing the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.JAYAPRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19376 of 2021 on 12.10.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
