These petitions are filed to set-aside the order of the abatement caused due to the death of the first appellant and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased first appellant in the above Second Appeal.

2. Mrs.Sathya, learned counsel appearing for the respondents did not raise serious objection in allowing these petitions.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed.
