O R D E R

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records relating to the F.I.R. in Crime No.408 of 2011 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, submitted that the first accused namely, Prakash, after due deliberations, married the victim and they are now living together peacefully.

3.Hence, now nothing survives for adjudication in the F.I.R. in Crime No.408 of 2011 and the same is closed. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is also closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
