Respondents Appeal filed against the order passed by this Court dated 27.6.2014 passed in W.P.No.20970 of 2002 Writ Petition No.20970/2002 has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.72823/99/8 dated 30.05.2002 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to pay the sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the petitioner herein by way of refund.
