This Writ Petition is filed in the year 2007 under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to quash the proceedings in Rc. No. 2845/F/2002 dated 27.12.2005 by the 1st respondent, the General Manager, Department of Industries and Commerce, District Industrial Centre, Thiruvannamalai, with a further direction to grant State Capital Subsidy to the petitioner.

2. When the matter was listed on 05.02.2015 no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, in order to give a final chance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the matter was directed to be listed today. Again, when the matter was take up, no one appeared except learned Additional Government Pleader.
