ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested by the respondent police for an offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 364, 307, 302, 102(B) r/w 149 of I.P.C in Crime No.277 of 2015, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons abused and attacked the De-facto Complainant with deadly weapons, due to which the injured succumbed to the injuries. Hence the Complaint

3. It is seen from records that this is the second bail petition filed by the petitioner. The previous order, dismissing the Criminal Original petition in Crl.O.P.No.16025 of 2021 was passed by this Court on 06.09.2021.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous order was passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no change of circumstances arises for considering the second bail petition . Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
